Great and lovely setting, it's adjacent to train station right outside, lovely restaurants and pubs and several pubs to stop on the way to have a drink. Special thanks to very welcoming and enthusiastic staff for making my stay a nice experience.

Very nice old accommodation with handy setting really close to the art gallery and fishing port, all the wonderful, independent shops, pubs and restaurants, and the lovely Hastings old town. Friendly professional stuff with good manners.

Enjoyed delicious and superb breakfasts.
The whole experience was real good from start to finish, would recommend. The staff was friendly professional, rooms were brand-new, chic place to stay. As for me, the location was perfect, not far from the fascinating old town of Hastings as well as Jerwood art gallery & sea front/beach/shops. Visited Porters Wine Bar for a few drinks, it was relatively close to the hotel, recommend.

That was what I call lovely place for staycation. This was a marvellous location just next door to restaurants and local advice, Jerwood art gallery & sea front/beach/shops, and the old town of Hastings, near to the best pubs and cafés. Also, it was within easy walking distance of underground tunnels.

I asked for a double room and the one given was spotlessly clean and well-designed. Tea/coffee, coffee-making facilities, and a sofa were much appreciated. The location was marvellous and lovely, just 5 min walk from underground tunnels.
